PCM Air-cooling Gearbox
The innovative gearbox cooling system applies the Natural Air Cooling Principle. It consists of an exhaust fan and an inner PCM (Phase Change Materials) box installed at the bottom of the gearbox. As the fan drives, the outside air can be absorbed into the inside tube constantly. The oil heat will also be absorbed by the inner PCM, causing the Heat Exchange Effect with the cool air that can significantly lower the temperature. The exchanged hot air being led to the external water-coolant box can be transferred to normal evaporative emissions phase, avoiding the greenhouse effect.
